Seoul shares closed higher Tuesday to snap a four-day losing streak, tracking an overnight rebound in US tech stocks. The local currency rose against the US dollar. The benchmark Korea Composite Stock Price Index added 10.78 points, or 0.39 percent, to close at 2,774.29.
