ArtToken will join the upcoming art fair LA Art Show 2024, running from Wednesday to Sunday, to bring together five Korean artists at a booth curated under the theme “At the Edge of Existence: Echoes of Surreal Fantasy.”
LA Art Show 2024 takes place at the LA Convention Center, with the participation of more than 120 galleries from around the world, exhibiting paintings, sculptures, works on paper, installations, photography, video art and performances.
The Seoul-based online non-fungible token art trading platform joins the art fair with its gallery Space 2R2, showcasing Korean artists -- Lee Jin-hyu, Lee Suk-Ju, Seong Tae-jin, Yun Song-a and Shin Je-hyun – at booth Nos. 413 and 512.
“Our aim is not only to democratize art but also to protect and expand rights such as copyrights and ownership, while introducing new trading standards and enlarging the art market,” said Hong Ji-sook, CEO of ArtToken.
The art fair features six sections: modern+contemporary, European Pavilion, Works on Paper, Project Space, Featured Exhibitions and Diverse art LA.
