For the whole year, the company’s operating profit soared 4.5 percent to 475.6 billion won compared to last year.

The builder improved profits largely driven by big projects secured in Korea and overseas, especially in Middle East.

In the first half of this year, the company won a total of 8.5 trillion won orders, which compares with 11.9 trillion won a year ago.
