Foreigners satisfied with Seoul's foreign support centers: survey

Foreign residents in Seoul are satisfied with the services and accessibility of the municipal government's support centers for them, a survey showed Sunday.
  

According to a satisfaction survey of 760 foreigners conducted by the Seoul Metropolitan Government, the city's 17 foreign support facilities garnered an average of 4.56 points out of five.
  

The poll focused on their accessibility, cleanliness, kindness and quality of programs.
  

The support centers received a higher average score of 4.59 points about supporting living in Seoul, followed by business consultation support at 4.54 points and support for workers with a 4.52 average.
  

There are two Seoul Global Centers, two Global Business Centers, six Global Migrant Worker Centers and seven Global Village Centers across the city that offer a variety of services to foreigners with information about living, doing business and visiting Korea.
  

The Seoul metropolitan government will draw out plans to improve the facilities' services and programs to help foreigners settle in the city. (Yonhap)
