The ASEAN Culture and Tourism Fair 2012 will be held in Seoul this weekend.
The fair to be held on June 9-10 has been organized to promote cultural understanding and tourism between the 10 ASEAN member states.
The event will run from 12-6:30 p.m. in D-Cube Park at D-Cube City, near Sindorim Subway Station. It will include traditional cultural performances and booths from the national tourism organizations of different ASEAN countries, as well as an ASEAN kitchen serving different foods from the region.
Southeast Asian countries including Brunei, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, Singapore, Thailand and Vietnam will be represented at the event.
It is being hosted by the ASEAN-Korea Center and is free to the public.
