Drunk lieutenant sets off fire extinguisher inside train

A South Korean Army lieutenant has been arrested for an outburst, setting off a fire extinguisher inside a train and delaying its operation for longer than 10 minutes.

Seoul Metropolitan Police Agency said Monday that a 28-year-old lieutenant from the 30th Infantry Division created a disturbance at Wangsimni Station around 10:45 p.m. on Monday.

The lieutenant was apparently inebriated and did not hear either the announcement that all passengers must get off because it was the last station or other passengers telling him to follow the instruction.
