Kim Kwan-jin, chief of Cheong Wa Dae’s National Security Office, is scheduled to unveil the results of the high-level talks between the two Koreas -- held since Saturday in Panmunjeom -- around 2 a.m. on Tuesday at the presidential office in Seoul.
