Young Heung Iron & Steel to reduce capital

[DISCLOSURE] Young Heung Iron & Steel Co. (012160) will be reducing its capital by 4.5 billion won ($3.8 million) to 47.41 billion won, it said in a statement on June 14. It will cancel 9.49 percent of its common stocks.
