[DISCLOSURE] In a statement on June 14, Exem (205100) announced that its affiliate company Cloudine will be merged into the firm. In a separate statement, the software developer said it will close its list of stockholders from June 30 to July 6 to confirm shareholders with rights to oppose the merger.
