[DISCLOSURE] To improve its financial structure, MPC (050540) will transfer land and assets worth 20.5 billion won ($17.4 million) to its affiliate MPC Life, it announced on June 15. The customer relationship management company will also sell all of its shares of MPC Life at 5 billion won, it said in a separate statement.
