Ecopro subsidiary to improve financial structure through stock sales and capital increase

[DISCLOSURE] Ecopro Co (086520) will obtain 20 billion shares of its affiliate BM Holding at 20 billion won ($17 million), it announced on June 15.
The primary cells and batteries manufacturer’s subsidiary Ecopro BM will increase its capital to finance 30 billion won for equipment by issuing stocks with third-party allotment to BM Holding, it said in a separate statement.
