Vitzro Cell (082920) has decided on a cash dividend of 25 won ($0.02) per share, it said on June 16. The total amount will be 371 million won and the dividend record date is June 30. It also has decided on a stock dividend of 0.1 common stock per share, it said in a separate statement. The total number of shares to be issued is 14,841,718.
