MS Autotech to guarantee US$9.7 mil loan for its affiliate

[DISCLOSURE] MS Autotech (123040) will guarantee a 11.4 billion won (US$9.7 million) loan of its affiliate MyungShin, it announced on June 17. This amounts to 12.23 percent of its equity capital.
