Lotte Chilsung Beverage (005300) has signed an optional contract worth 21.7 billion won (US$18.5 million) with
Lotte Shopping (023530), the company announced on June 20. It will hand over 2.3 billion won in cash to secure logistics, and the distribution affiliate will purchase its beverages worth 19.4 billion won with cash and promissory note.
