FORCS (189690) has decided on a year-end cash dividend of 100 won per share, it announced on June 20. The total amount will be 652 million won (US$0.56 million) and the dividend record date is June 30. The software developer has also decided on a stock dividend of 0.05 common stock per share, it said in a separate statement. The total number of shares to be issued is 326,148.
