BG T&A (046310) will take over 1,018,726 shares of its affiliate Baek Geum Philippines for 2.6 billion won (US$2.2 million) to enlarge its production facility, it announced on June 21. This amounts to 11.08 percent of its equity capital and the company now owns 99.98 percent of the Philippine affiliate.
