Taeyoung Engineering & Construction (009410) will guarantee debts of 52.6 billion won (US$45.4 million) for those who purchase units of its apartment building in Changwon, South Gyeongsang Province, the company announced on June 21. This amounts to 4.2 percent of its equity capital, and is a joint surety for their down payment.
