Megastudy (072870) chairman Son Ju-eun sold 170,000 shares (7.31 percent) to his brother Son Seong-eun, CEO of MegastudyEdu (215200), in an outside dealing, the company announced on June 22.
The total amount of the transaction was 10.1 billion won (US$8.7 million) and the chairman’s stake decreased to 12.51 percent from 19.82 percent, while his brother’s increased to 9.12 percent from 1.81 percent.
