KC Cottrell (119650) has acquired 51,730 shares (84.8 percent) of Yuyang Technologies, it announced on June 22. It has paid 2.24 billion won (US$1.9 million) in cash for the company that specializes in safety inspection equipment. This amounts to 3.99 percent of its equity capital.
