Hize Aero (221840) announced on June 23 that Lazard Korea Asset Management has purchased 1 million of its shares in an after-hours block deal, owning additional 5.65 percent stake of the aero parts company. The stocks belonged to venture capitals LB Investment and DSC Investment, and their stake decreased to 0 percent and 4.99 percent, respectively.
