Hyundai Securities (003450) will transfer entire stake of its own to KB Financial Group for 107.1 billion won (US$93.4 million), it announced on June 23. When the transfer of 16,715,870 stocks (7.06 percent) is completed on June 24, the financial group’s stake in the securities firm will increase to 29.62 percent.
