Telcon (200230) has decided on a 5 billion won (US$4.4 million) capital increase with third party allotment to finance operations, it announced on June 24. The company will issue 281,690 shares at 17,750 won per share and offer to its largest shareholder Telcon Holdings. The payment is due on July 29 and listing date is Aug. 11.
