Toray Chemical Korea (008000) announced on June 24 that its co-CEO Nishimoto Yasunobu will be replaced by co-CEOs Matsumura Masahide and Im heui-seok. Both are executives of the company’s affiliates. Chairman and CEO Lee Young-kwan will maintain his post.
