Curo Holdings (051780) will acquire the entire stake (65,000 shares) of PI Entertainment for 1 billion won (US$0.87 million), it announced on June 24. This amounts to 1.26 percent of its equity capital.
The company will offer 372,960 shares to an individual for 800 million won for capital increase. The payment is due on July 6 and the listing date is July 21.
