NK (085310) has adjusted the conversion price of its convertible bonds to 4,667 won (US$3.98) from 6,400 won due to a drop in market price, it announced on June 27. The high pressure gas cylinders and marine fire control systems company has offered bonds worth 23 billion won in private.
