Hyundai Wia to purchase US$55m real estate from affiliate Hyundai Rotem

[DISCLOSURE] Hyundai Wia (011210) will acquire land and building in Euiwang, Gyeonggi Province for 64.5 billion won (US$55 million) from its affiliate Hyundai Rotem (064350), it announced on June 27. The transaction will take place on June 30.
