Dongbu signs US$174m M&A deal with Keystone PE

[DISCLOSURE] Dongbu Corporation (005960) has signed an M&A agreement with Keystone Ecoprime with Seoul Central District Court’s permission, the construction company announced on June 27. The price for sale is 206 billion won (US$174 million). The private equity fund created by Keystone Private Equity to take over Dongbu was selected as the preferred bidder in May.
