Pumyang Construction (002410) has decided to purchase 10 billion shares issued by Keystone Ecoprime PEF for 10 billion won (US$8.4 million), it announced on June 27. This amounts to 23 percent of its equity capital. The PEF has been created to take over Dongbu Corporation.
