Alphachips (117670) announced on June 28 that its largest shareholder has changed from special purpose company Alpha Craft to Premier Bio as they have signed a stock transfer agreement. Premier Bio has purchased 982,849 shares for 8.2 billion won (US$6.9 million) and its stake will increase to 21.6 percent.
