[DISCLOSURE] Hyungji Elite (093240) will acquire 40 percent stake of Shanghai Yilite Fashion for 710 million won (US$601,185) to establish a joint venture company in China, it announced on June 28. This amounts to 0.8 percent of its equity capital.
