KG Inicis (035600) announced on June 29 that it has sold 1,329,005 shares of its own to
NHN Entertainment (181710) for 17.7 billion won (US$15 million) in an after-hours block deal on June 29. The purpose of the sale is to participate in NHN Entertainment’s Payco O2O business, it said on June 28.
