Genexine (095700) has decided on a 59.9 billion won (US$51.3 million) capital increase with third party allotment, it announced on June 29.
The company will also issue convertible bonds worth 19.9 billion won to fund operations for a private placement in Hong Kong, it announced in a separate announcement.
