DI signs US$8.2m contract with Samsung Electronics for burn-in testers

[DISCLOSURE] DI (003160) has signed a 9.5 billion won (US$8.2 million) contract with Samsung Electronics (005930) to supply burn-in tester for semiconductors, it announced on June 30. This amounts to 9 percent of its recent revenue.
