Kumho Industrial (002990) announced on July 1 that Seo Jae-hwan has replaced Won Il-woo as the co-CEO. Seo was a president of Kumho Asiana Group’s strategic management. Park Sam-koo, chairman of Kumho Asiana Group, will maintain his post as co-CEO of the group's mother company.
