G-Smatt Global (114570) has signed a sales contract with Tian Jin Brillshow for its “smart glass,” the firm announced on July 18. The 5-year contract, to be renewed automatically, includes sales rights for the company to sell the Chinese partner’s products in China and allows it to establish a foreign sales subsidiary.
