Doosan Heavy Industries (034020) announced on July 18 that its operating profit in the second quarter rose 57.9 percent to 262.37 billion won (US$230.8 million). Its revenue slipped 3.6 percent to 3.6 trillion won while its net profit turned to black with 125.55 billion won.
