Soulbrain ENG (039230) announced on July 18 that it will issue convertible bonds worth 5 billion won (US$4.4 million) and for private offering to finance operations. The maturity date is Aug. 1, 2019. The conversion price is 1,940 won and the conversion period is between Aug. 1, 2017 and July 31, 2019.
