Doosan (000150) announced on July 18 that its operating profit in the second quarter rose 33.18 percent to 306.25 billion won (US$269.4 million). Its revenue slipped 1.45 percent to 4.25 trillion won while its net profit surged 767.84 percent to 181.23 billion won.
