Soulbrain (036830) announced on July 18 that it will sell the entire 33.61 percent stake (12,241,805 shares) of its affiliate
Soulbrain ENG (039230) to Double J Private Equity No1 Investment Partnership and other at 25 billion won (US$21.99 million).
