Digital Optics (106520) will issue convertible bonds worth 6 billion won (US$5.28 million), the company announced on July 19.
The maturity date of the bonds is Aug. 18, 2019.
The bonds can be converted betwen Aug.18, 2017 to July 18, 2019 at a conversion price of 10,250 won.
