SK Materials (036490) said in a regulatory filing on July 20 that its operating profit in the second quarter rose 73 percent to 38.83 billion won (US$33.95 million) from the same period last year. Revenue reached 116.58 billion won and its net profit was 26.74 billion won, rising 54.7 and 58.8 percent, respectively.
