[DISCLOSURE] CJ CGV (079160) has acquired 50,648,686 shares of PT Graha Layar Prima, an Indonesian theater operator, at 28.8 billion won (US$25.33 million), it announced on July 21. This amounts to 6.48 percent of its equity capital.
