SM Korea Line Corporation (005880) announced on Aug. 23 that it will acquire 5,010,606 shares of Samsun Logix at 9.34 billion won (US$8.35 million). The acquisition date is Sept. 30 and it will own 73.8 percent stake of the shipping and trading company.
