It has only been a day, but the fallout from Justice Lee’s findings, that on the balance of probabilities Bruce Lehrmann did rape Brittany Higgins, has already begun. The ACT government has made the extraordinary suggestion that there is no barrier to Bruce Lehrmann facing a second criminal trial, although that idea has been brushed aside by at least one former judge.
