Korean pop sensation Psy canceled his scheduled departure to Thailand on Tuesday due to accumulated fatigue, his domestic management company said.The 34-year-old rapper was supposed to leave for Thailand on Tuesday afternoon but decided not to board a plane bound for the country due to "bad conditions," an official from the management company said."He has to leave anyway to attend press conferences and performances scheduled for Wednesday in Bangkok but we cannot say what exact time he will leav
