해외에서 컬렉션을 열면서 패션 한류를 주도하던 패션 브랜드 헥사 바이 구호 사업이 곧 정리될 예정이라고 삼성에버랜드 패션 사업부 관계자가 말했다. 이는 삼성의 패션 사업부가 제일모직에서 에버랜드로 2013년 12월 1일부로 이전한 지 약 삼개월만에 일어난 일이다. 헥사 바이 구호의 브랜드 정리는 곧 제일모직 시절, 삼성그룹 이건희 회장의 차녀 이서현 에버랜드 패션 부문 사장이 추구하던 글로벌 명품 브랜드 육성 사업에 막대한 차질을 예고하는 일이라는 평이다. 제일모직은 헥사 바이 구호, 데렐쿠니 그리고 준지를 해외 마켓을 타겟으로 내놓았다. 인기 디자이너 정욱준이 전개하는 준지의 사업은 계속될 예정이다. 헥사 바이 구호의 퇴장은 제일모직의 정구호 전무가 2013년 11월 돌연 회사를 떠나면서 얼핏 예견된 일이기도 하다. 호사가들은 에버랜드에 정구호 전 (前) 전무의 활약 여지가 작을 것이라 관측해왔다. 헥사 바이 구호는 정구호를 필두로 뉴욕 그리고 파리에서 캘렉션을 여는 등 전세계를
