불법 수집한 개인정보를 이용, 무려 4만 명의 휴대전화 번호로 몰래 소액결제해 부당이득을 챙긴 성인사이트 운영자가 경찰에  붙 잡혔다.유명 소액결제대행업체의 영업과장과 소규모 고객콜센터 운영자가 범행을  도왔다.경기지방경찰청 제2청 수사과는 10일 개인정보 보호법 위반 및 사기 혐의로  성 인사이트 운영자 서모(33)씨를 구속했다.또 같은 혐의로 콜센터 운영자 이모(37)씨와 사기 방조 혐의로  소액결제대행업 체 영업과장 이모(38)씨 등 범행에 가담한 11명을 불구속 입건했다. 서씨는 지난해 9∼12월 영업이 부진한 성인사이트를 인수해 서울 구로구에 사무실을 차린 뒤 불법으로 수집한 통신사, 휴대전화번호, 주민등록번호 등의  개인정보를 이용해 4만여 명에게 매월 9천900원씩 소액결제가 되도록 한 혐의를 받고 있다.이들 중 3천650명은 소액결제 사기를 눈치 채고 통신사나 대행업체에 환불을  요구해 돈을 돌려받았다.그러나 나머지 3만7천486명은 피해 사실조차 알지 못한 채 꼼짝없
