    2008년 4월 이후 성인을 대상으로 성범죄를  저 지른 이들의 신상정보가 공개된다.     성인 대상 성범죄자의 신상정보를 소급해 공개·고지하는 내용의 '성폭력범죄의 처벌 등에 관한 특례법' 개정안이 최근 시행된데 따른 조치다.     대검찰청 형사부(박민표 검사장)는 검찰청별로 대상자 1만1천여명을 선별, 해당 법원에 신상정보 공개·고지명령을 청구할 예정이라고 9일 밝혔다.    검찰이 1심 판결을 한 법원에 신상정보 공개·고지명령을 청구하면 법원은 대상 자에게 신상정보 제출 의무를 통보한다.    대상자는 법원의 공개 또는 고지 결정이 확정된 날부터 30일 이내에 성명, 주민 번호, 주소 및 실제거주지, 직업 및 직장소재지 등을 관할 경찰관서에 제출해야  한 다.    여성가족부 장관은 '성범죄자 알림e' 사이트를 통해 이를 공개하고 관할구역 거 주자들에게 우편으로 통보하거나 주민자치센터 게시판에 30일간 게시한다.    앞서 성폭력범죄처벌특례법은 2010년부터 아동·청
