여성이 남성보다 건강을 유지하고 살을 빼는 데에 더 많은 노력이 필요하다는 연구 결과가 나왔다.미주리대학교(University of Missouri) 연구진은 75명의 비만 남성과 여성을 상대로 16주의 운동 프로그램을 진행했다. 운동 강도는 각자 최대치의 65% 수준으로 맞추어졌다. 몸무게와 건강정도가 꾸준히 측정되었으며, 건강정도는 운동 후 몸의 회복 수준이 판단 기준이 되었다.16주 후 남성의 건강정도는 나아진 것에 반해 여성의 건강정도는 나아진 바가 없었다. 남성이 몸무게 역시 더 많이 줄어든 것으로 확인되었다.이는 남성이 몸에 근육량이 더 많기 때문이라고 연구진은 설명했다. 근육은 신체의 건강에 꼭 필요할 뿐만 아니라, 단위 그램 수 당 소모하는 칼로리도 더 크다. 외국증권사 “왜 한국서만 처벌하나”

한 외국계 증권사가 감독당국의 서울지점 제재에 대해 불편한 심기를 드러냈다.금융위원회는 최근 도이치증권, 크레디트스위스증권, CLSA코리아증권 등 3개 금융회사의 서울지점을 징계했다. 고객의 거래내역을 외부에 무단으로 유출한 혐의다.이에 대해, 해당 업계의 한 임원은 사사로운 이익을 위해 고객정보를 넘기는 것이 아니라고 주장했다.그는 “불법누설 했다는 식으로 이미지가 나쁘게 전해졌다. 그러나 이는 외국계 회사들이 일반적으로 해왔던 업무”라고 말했다. 해외시장에선 용인되는 사례라는 설명이다.CLSA코리아증권의 경우 지난 2007년 3월부터 2012년 3월까지 고객 3천여 명의 거래내역을 계열사 7곳이 조회할 수 있도록 한 혐의를 받고있다. 도이치증권과 크레디트스위스 서울지점도 비슷한 혐의로 주의조치를 받았다.금융위와 금융감독원은 지난 24일 관보용 홈페이지를 통해 3개 증권사를 제재(임원 경고, 과태료 부과 등) 했음을 공시한 바 있다. 그러나 이를 언론에 알리진 않았다.(코리아헤럴드

삼성전자가 지난해에 갤럭시S3와 갤럭시노트2의 수출 성공에 기반해 사상 최대 실적을 올렸다.삼성전자는 연결기준으로 작년 4분기에 매출 56조600억원, 영업이익 8조8천400억원을 기록했다고 25일 공시했다. 이는 전년 동기 대비로 각각 18.5%, 89.4% 증가한 수치이다.　 또한 삼성전자는 국내 기업 처음으로 매출 200조원을 넘겼고 영업이익은 29조원을 기록했다. .이로서 2011년(165조원) 최대매출기록과 2010년(17조3천억원) 최대영업이익 기록을 갈아치웠다.사업부문별로 보면 반도체는 매출 34조8천800억원, 영업이익 4조1천700억원을 기록했다.
