Commission on nuclear reactors to play role of advisory organ, not decision maker

A state commission formed to gauge public opinion on the construction of two nuclear power reactors in South Korea said Thursday it will play the role of an advisory organ coming up with a recommendation, rather than a final decision maker, on whether to continue or call off the project.
